At ZapVita, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

**Processing Time**
All orders placed before 1 PM (UK time) are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM are shipped the next business day.

**Shipping Method**
We ship all UK orders via **Royal Mail 48**, which typically delivers within 2 working days after dispatch.

**Shipping Area**
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

**Shipping Cost**
Shipping is **free** on all orders over £30.  
For orders under £30, a flat rate shipping fee of £2.95 applies.

**Order Confirmation & Tracking**
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Some Royal Mail 48 shipments include tracking — if available, we will provide it.

**Delays**
While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to Royal Mail or seasonal volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
